History of Market ResolveSM

In 2003, Nick Mannarino and John Carlisle, both formerly of JP Morgan Chase, founded Market Resolve with the guiding principle of providing financial services firms value in the area of operational management. Originally covering primarily middle-to-back-office operations, Market Resolve's expertise broadened to include operational management at the enterprise level.

Our spirit of innovation became evident shortly after our inception, when we launched our first software prototype, Workforce Director®. Now branded i5 Optimum™, we originally created and built the software to support, manage, and control, efficiencies and operating risk within the Financial Services industry. In 2004, Sandy Manata joined the team as a Managing Partner and was instrumental in the continued evolution of the i5 Optimum product as well as spearheading its conversion to Microsoft .Net.

In 2005, Georgine Lacey joined us as a Managing Partner, expanding our management consulting practices and developing new services and delivery methods. That same year, we sold our first application featuring the current version of i5 Optimum to a large investment banking firm.  As a result of i5 Optimum’s success was an increased demand for our consulting practice.

We continued developing the i5 Optimum application, adapting it to our clients’ needs and the demands of the marketplace. In 2006, we sold an additional license to the application, this time to a global investment banking firm.

With our core product now in exemplarily form and fine-tuned, we turned our attention to enhancing our global presence. To support this endeavor, we partnered with several strategic organizations in 2007, including intelliquint, LLC. intelliquint was responsible for developing marketing and strategic plans around the creation of a proprietary Hedge Fund products as well as market expansion of i5 Optimum. In August of 2008, intelliquint, LLC dissolved and became our Sales & Marketing division.

In 2008, we obtained private equity to continue developing the Management Consulting practice and to enhance i5 Optimum. We created an advisory board comprised of our investors to help guide Market Resolve’s continued success. We also unrolled our D.I.M.E. (Define, Implement, Monitor, and Evolve) philosophy in 2008, clearing the way for continued strategic growth and excellence in implementing intelligent process design in the area of financial operational management.
