Nick enjoyed a thriving career at JP Morgan, most recently as Chief Operating Officer of JP Morgan Securities Inc. and member of its Board of Directors. Over the years Nick has gained in depth knowledge of mergers and system conversions. He has been continually active in the Bond Market Association and Securities Industries Association having chaired and served on various committees. |

a member of the securities industry for many years, Sandy has held
senior positions in the banking, brokerage, and the utilities (NSCC, GSCC) segments of the securities market and has provided management consulting services to leading vendors of software solutions for both equity and fixed income requirements. Sandy has designed and imple- mented systems in the Equity, Fixed Income, and Mutual Fund arenas and has been a senior manager in Securities Operations and in IT. He has also chaired and served on committees for the New York Clearing House, American Bankers Association, Securities Industries Association, and the Investment Company Institute. |

sales and financial analysis, Georgine brings a well rounded perspective

Georgine has managed end to end operational processes for Domestic and International securities, structured products and hedging instruments at a major invest- ment bank. She has also enjoyed success working with several regional banks in the areas of marketing research and sales program management, and spent time in Europe with a focus on marketing and event planning. Her most recent position has been as the Chief Operating Officer for a major broker dealer, and she has been active in a variety of industry groups including the Bond Market Association throughout her career. |
