John Carlisle: Managing Partner and a founder of Market Resolve, John has managed Market-infrastructure-supporting businesses including Equities, Fixed Income, Emerging Markets and Treasury.  Prior to founding Market Resolve John was Managing Director Investment Bank Technology Operations at JP Morgan, as well as having held executive level management positions within the Investment Bank, Institutional Investment Management, the Private Bank and branch operations in London and Paris.  John’s expertise is within the areas of Securities Clearing and Custody, European Operations, Corporate Trust, and Market-infrastructure-supporting businesses.

Georgine Lacey: Managing Partner at Market Resolve with a diverse background in financial services operations, marketing, sales and financial analysis, Georgine brings career experience to astutely comprehend a clients’ business structure and deliver a strategy to achieve the clients’ goals. Prior to Market Resolve Georgine held the position of Chief Operating Officer for a major broker dealer.  Georgine’s expertise encompasses operational processes for Domestic and International Securities, Structured Products and Hedging Instruments.
